Requirements

Be 18 years or older
Pass criminal background checks and various state/federal registry checks.
Pass federal and state background checks
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to follow instructions
Lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs.
Pushing and pulling up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

Responsible for janitorial duties at Scott Air Force Base.
Cleans, sanitizes, sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, restocks, and empties trash.
Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors and stairs.
Restocks bathrooms including sinks, toilets, glass and mirrors, stall walls, and stainless steel areas.
Safely operates equipment.
Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers.
Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
Empties trash and various recyclable cans and replaces liners, cleans receptacles, as necessary.
Dusts and cleans office areas, desks, and furniture that are not cluttered.
Cleans windowsills and windows.
Obtains tools necessary for the job to be completed.
Cleans break rooms and other areas that are applicable to the contract.
