Requirements

A dependable team player with strong attendance and the ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
Weekend availability and flexibility for occasional overtime or on-call needs
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work professionally with coworkers, residents, commercial tenants, and vendors
Willingness to keep a clean and organized workspace and represent the company with a professional attitude and appearance
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain the exterior cleanliness of buildings, including entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, laundry rooms, fitness areas, and elevators
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring overall cleanliness
Empty trash and recycling receptacles in both interior and exterior areas and dispose of waste properly
Assist with routine power washing at designated properties
Support company-wide snow removal efforts as needed
Keep accurate electronic records of time, labor, and materials for assigned projects
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles used for daily tasks
Work with other departments to support property turnover efforts between tenants (e.g., unit clean-outs, touch-up cleaning)
