About The Position

We’re looking to hire a hard-working Janitor who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. (Midnight Shift 12 am - 5 am or 6 am in the morning)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
A driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Must have Auto Insurance
Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
Excellent stamina and physical health
Must be a hard worker with close attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and polish sinks, countertops, and toilets in restrooms, including family restrooms.
Clean, polish, and wipe down glass, mirrors, chrome, stainless fixtures, and doors/partitions.
Sweep and mop floors on the 1st-3rd levels of the interior building.
Dust and mop the main lobby staircase.
Clean glass and railings on the main staircase.
Clean the interior and exterior of the main and service elevators, including tracks.
Sweep, mop, and scrub kitchen floors with degreaser as needed.
