About The Position

Fulfills contractual requirements by maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, employees, staff, and public; minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure. Work will be accomplished in a safe and productive manner following all OSHA standards. Work is performed during the day, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, in order to meet Government and/or Commercial Contract Specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must NOT have any felony convictions.
• Able to pass a federal background check for Federal buildings.
• Must have a disability which can be proven with proper, medical documentation, as stipulated by the contract.

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
