About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant and provide dependable, fast service. The role includes daily sanitation and deep cleaning of restaurant areas, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; proper trash disposal; and coordination with management on maintenance needs. Team Members must handle cleaning chemicals according to safety procedures, monitor cleaning supplies, follow company policies and applicable laws, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, including their use, storage, and disposal, and alert management when supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
