About The Position
Chili's is hiring a Janitor to help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. The role involves daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; proper trash disposal; and coordination with management about maintenance needs and cleaning supply replenishment. Team members must handle cleaning chemicals according to safety procedures and comply with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards. No experience is necessary. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere.
Requirements

- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Properly handle cleaning chemicals, including their safe use, storage, and disposal, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
