American Concrete Products is seeking a Janitor/Custodian for their Plant located in West Dallas. This role involves routine building cleaning, trash removal, and maintaining supplies. The position requires the ability to work in various settings, including outdoor yards and warehouses, and to perform all physical aspects of the job duties. Requirements

• Bilingual (spanish/english)
• Must have some equipment experience such as sit down forklift or Bobcat experience
• Must have ability to work with other crew members and take direction from supervisor
• Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job duties
• Must be able to work in an outdoor yard setting in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move at least 50-60 pounds with ease
• Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces
• Comfortable wearing steel toed shoes during entire shift
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check, post offer

Nice To Haves

• Forklift or Bobcat experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building cleaning
• Trash removal of the yard and warehouse
• Sweeping breakroom, bathroom, and work areas
• Picking up construction material trash around the work areas
• Emptying trash cans
• Changing air filters and cleaning vents
• Maintaining a thorough inventory of cleaning supplies
• Using equipment such as a bobcat or Dollie to pick up heavy items
• Collecting and taking out trash
• Replacement of restroom supplies
