Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Good organizational skills
U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)

Responsibilities

Cleans the building by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and surfaces, and cleaning windows
Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors and restocks with supplies
Maintains cleanliness of lunch, conference, and training rooms
Organizes and keeps janitorial cleaning chemical storage area clean and maintains current cleaning chemical and supply inventory
Performs minor repairs and or reports safety concerns, as needed
Maintains exterior grounds and employee areas (smoking, parking lot, activity areas)
Collects trash throughout the interior and exterior of the building by emptying trash cans, and recycling bins and disposal of waste properly
Perform other related duties as assigned
