About The Position
Work to keep the Agency properties clean and free of janitorial/maintenance problems through personal efforts facilitating all high level janitorial duties and light maintenance duties.

Responsibilities
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
- Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from surfaces as rugs, drapes, floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Maintain records and monitor all assigned employee work.
- Perform light maintenance work and high level janitorial duties.
- Maintain appearance of all facilities owned and leased through scheduled cleaning activities.
- Maintain inventory and order janitorial supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain the appropriate janitorial supply areas in all facilities.
- Maintain the general cleanliness and appearance of agency vehicles.
- Communicate with direct supervisor to maintain communication flow and report developments as they occur.
- Maintain good rapport/working relationship with all employees.
- Train assigned workers in correct and safe product/equipment use.
- Perform any miscellaneous duties assigned.
