We have an immediate need for an organized dependable Janitor/Custodian to join our maintenance staff. At Mercy Housing, you’ll build a meaningful career creating homes, hope, and opportunity. The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule. Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years experience.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
- Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
- Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
- Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
