About The Position

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, hallways, and office spaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, break rooms, and common areas. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas. Clean windows and glass doors and ensure that all surfaces that hands touch are properly sanitized. Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and materials. Clean and maintain production areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-months continuous experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/ Construction/ Landscaping Environment.
  • A minimum of 6 months continuous work history in the past 2 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
