About The Position

We’re hiring multiple Janitors to support facilities across the Saginaw and Tri‑Cities region. This role is responsible for keeping facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and looking for a steady role with a strong team. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• No high school diploma required
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work safely around cleaning supplies, equipment, and varying environmental conditions
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining rooms, hallways, restrooms, lobbies, and work areas
• Sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors
• Dusting surfaces and equipment
• Cleaning carpets, rugs, windows, and furniture
• Emptying trash and maintaining waste disposal areas
• Restocking restroom supplies
• Replacing light bulbs
• Light outdoor work (grass trimming, snow removal)
• Setting up tables, chairs, or equipment as needed
