About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time janitor in Spirit Lake. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. Duties include emptying trash and replacing liners, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms, cleaning offices and common areas, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors with special attention to floor cleanliness and appearance, dusting furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces, and maintaining a professional level of cleanliness throughout the facility. We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work, comfortable working independently, responsible and consistent, positive and professional, and willing to learn and follow established cleaning procedures. Possible fill-in work may provide additional hours when available.
