Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic understanding of English language to take direction and ask questions as needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule is highly preferred.
- Friendly customer service skills.
- Completion of a background check.
- Drug screen, physical, fingerprint, and/or TB test may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to work with required equipment and to perform physically active work for the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Clean the common areas and other assigned areas.
- Works carefully, making sure to follow SDS, safety, and related regulations.
- Prepare and organizes materials and equipment, and prepares work site before beginning task.
- Keep common areas clean and orderly.
- Report and responds to resident requests, and responds to any emergencies.
- Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and addresses with the relevant department if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
