About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help set the pace for a clean and sanitary shift at Chili's. They provide dependable, fast service and contribute to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. The role involves daily sanitation and deep cleaning, handling and disposing of trash, coordinating maintenance needs with management, and safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements

- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to applicable guidelines and procedures.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
