Requirements

This is a PRN position. Shift coverage on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

Vacuum and clean carpeting using cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment (including stain removal).
Clean and maintain tile floors using cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment.
Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities (and kitchen facilities where applicable) routinely. Keep restrooms (and kitchen facilities where applicable) supplied with towels, soap, and other items as required.
Empty wastebaskets throughout building routinely. Collect and dispose of trash from buildings and grounds.
Clean walkways, parking lots, and steps.
Dust furniture, walls, blinds and other equipment (including light fixtures if needed).
Clean interior windows and glass.
Notify supervisor of need to order materials/supplies.
Assist with shifting furniture/equipment.
Assist with outside grounds work when assigned. Rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow/ice or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
Assist with setting up and preparing meeting rooms as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
