About The Position

Performs general cleaning duties for common and office areas throughout the entire facility including bathrooms and windows. Completes daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and emptying trash bins. Responsible for minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and reporting any major maintenance issues to management. Follows safety procedures to ensure the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Responsible for ensuring common areas are free from hazards such as wet floors or cluttered walkways. Receives Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements. Inspects common areas to identify any damages or repairs needed and reports issues to management team members. Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines, uses personal protective equipment, operates machinery and equipment safely, and reports any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately. Actively participates in safety trainings and drills, maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents, and contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols. Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others. Successfully accomplishes work assignments and prioritizes tasks by utilizing policies and available resources. Collaborates effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Carries out assigned tasks, communicating progress and relevant information. Actively identifies and suggests ways to address improvement opportunities.
