About The Position
In this role you will maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine. Requirements
- You have good communication skills and can take direction from others.
- You have knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals.
- You are somebody who takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean.
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy.
- Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets.
- Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed.
