About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment and provide dependable, fast service. They work with the management team to address maintenance needs and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following guidelines and procedures for their use, storage, and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
