About The Position

Temporary Janitor position for 5 weeks, assisting with the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of a condominium community. The role performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in indoor and outdoor common areas, following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $18.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Remove trash and keep garbage areas clean and organized.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other common-area surfaces.
• Maintain clubhouses, fitness centers, and other community amenities.
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of outdoor common areas.
• Assist with pressure washing and occasional light maintenance duties as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Supervisor.
