About The Position

The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is seeking reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Janitors to join their Operations team. Janitors will be responsible for servicing various clients throughout the Island, including office suites, professional buildings, education and medical facilities, and financial institutions. This role is crucial in helping clients leave a positive impression on their employees and customers by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have high standards for customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adopt specific TFG HI processes.
• Must be able to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
• Possess clear and effective communication skills. Basic English proficiency is necessary.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.

• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required.
