About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant and support a dependable, fast service experience. The position involves daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds, as well as trash disposal and coordination with management to address maintenance needs. Team Members safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals, monitor supplies, follow company policies and applicable health and safety standards, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Other related duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements

- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
