About The Position

The Lake Louise Ski Resort is seeking a Janitor to ensure the safe and effective sanitation of base lodge areas and facilities. This is a year-round operation, functioning as a ski resort in winter and a sightseeing gondola in summer. Requirements

Highly organized & detail oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Exceptional time management skills required
Self-motivated, can work well in a team as well as independently
Must be in excellent physical condition, heavy lifting required
Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departments

Responsibilities

Ensure that all common areas, public spaces and washrooms are serviced and cleaned daily by performing general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, correctly sanitizing benches and countertops, and garbage disposal
Clean and disinfect bathrooms including toilets, sinks mirrors and floors
Replenish toilet tissue and soap as needed
Remove trash and recycling
Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are stored in a safe and orderly manner
Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and supplies
Restock materials and supplies as needed
Assist with bussing duties in lodges during high volume periods
Maintain and stock product to established par levels
Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Deliver a variety of products and items on the property and within the village of Lake Louise itself
