As a School Janitor, you are the hero behind the scenes! Your work as a Custodian ensures students and teachers have a safe, sparkling environment to learn in. Because we operate in a high-profile educational/professional environment, we maintain a strict image policy. All staff must present a clean, organized, and approachable appearance at all times: Uniform: Company-provided shirts must be clean, wrinkle-free, and tucked in. Footwear: Slip-resistant, closed-toe work shoes are required for safety and professional uniformity. Grooming: Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance. Conduct: As you will be on-site at a school, a professional demeanor and "safety-first" mindset are non-negotiable.

Requirements

1+ year professional cleaning experience
A reliable, hardworking attitude
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
A desire to learn
Slip-resistant, closed-toe work shoes

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties to keep the school beautiful.
Handle routine janitorial tasks like pulling trash, dusting, and mopping.
Ensure restrooms are sanitized and supplies are stocked.
Maintain floors through vacuuming and mopping as part of your daily custodian routine.
