About The Position

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will support the cleanliness and sanitation of our Henning, IL - Conagra Plant where we produce a large variety of cooking sprays, including PAM. You will help maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant environment across production and office areas while working alongside a team of 200 associates.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs require
• Readiness to follow sanitation standards and cleanliness expectations across plant areas

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work areas
• Clean and sanitize break rooms and restrooms
• Remove debris and garbage within the production facility
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, and handling materials
• Work in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts, following all safety practices and using personal protective equipment provided
