About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to provide cleaning services at multiple U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Stations located throughout Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York. This position requires travel between recruiting stations and is ideal for an individual who can work independently, manage their assigned route efficiently, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel between locations in Brooklyn and Staten Island
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to report to the first assigned location at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM, depending on the route

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, lobbies, hallways, and common areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floor surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Dust desks, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, glass doors, and entryways
• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
• Perform perimeter cleanup around facilities
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Maintain assigned facilities in a clean and professional condition
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned
