About The Position
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in and around the facility. Duties include general cleaning, waste disposal, and minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed.
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot.
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specific requests and/or instructions.
- Remove garbage/recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly collection.
- Be prepared to carry out emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
- Ensure all conference/meeting spaces are maintained and fully equipped in preparation for scheduled or unscheduled gatherings.
