About The Position

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP at the Tse Zul Camp in Faro, Yukon is looking for a dedicated Janitor/ Utility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the facility to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Requirements

• Previous experience in a janitorial position preferred.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable 5 year driving abstract.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal and maintenance of assigned areas.
• Removes debris and maintains cleanliness of the site and surrounding area.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and all work areas of the laundry plant.
• Clean and restock washrooms daily.
• Clean breakroom daily, remove thrash and clean all areas from counter level down, sweep & scrub floors daily.
• Empty garbage containers on plant floor, clean garbage containers.
• Remove collected garbage from plant, put in correct roll-off bins outside (garbage or cardboard).
• Clean washer trough daily, remove dirty screen replace with clean, clean dirty for next usage.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Rate: $21.30/ hour
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts
• Estimated Gross Monthly Earnings: up to $3,400/ per month
