Requirements

Proven experience working as a Janitorial Supervisor.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervising the work activities performed by janitorial staff.
Scheduling staff shifts, monitoring staff attendance, and reporting absences.
Conducting staff performance reviews and making recommendations for promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
Assigning janitorial duties to staff and inspecting their work to ensure standards are met.
Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to staff and taking inventory.
Informing management when supplies are depleted.
Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff.
Resolving conflicts between janitorial staff.
Attending meetings and in-service training sessions.
Performing janitorial duties during staff shortages.
