About The Position
The Janitor/Porter is responsible for major floor care projects and trash disposal. This role involves maintaining floors and carpets within the Community, picking up and removing trash, and performing housekeeping duties as needed.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of English.
- At least one year of housekeeping experience.

- Previous floor maintenance experience preferred (carpet cleaning).
