About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Janitor/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in keeping our property in excellent condition.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and general building maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash
- Perform basic building maintenance and minor repairs
- Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine maintenance items
- Monitor building for maintenance needs and report issues
- Maintain outdoor areas, including light landscaping and litter removal as needed
- Ensure cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment are organized and stocked
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
