About The Position

Since 2010, Total Facility Care (TFC) has provided detailed and comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for clients across Colorado and Nebraska. TFC's team prides itself on providing excellent and friendly service, using sustainable and innovative techniques like HEPA and EPA-approved equipment and disinfectants to protect the health of their team and clients. They understand the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment for businesses and their employees, tailoring services to meet unique client needs and ensuring facilities are kept in top condition. As a janitor floater, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep client buildings looking perfect. This role requires flexibility, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license, servicing buildings in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs. Work assignments are communicated daily, with some assignments potentially up to an hour away. The position supports operations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs, with occasional travel to Colorado Springs as business needs dictate.

Requirements

  • Valid Unexpired Driver’s License.
  • Reliable Vehicle for Transportation.
  • Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed).
  • Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipedowns.
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Work well when supervisors are not present.
  • Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
  • Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

  • Service different buildings daily, as assigned by supervisor or admin staff.
  • General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Clean and stock restrooms.
  • Ensure doors are locked after hours.
  • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
  • Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned by supervisor.
