About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who qualify for the AbilityOne Program, a federal initiative supporting adults with disabilities. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring all team members feel confident in their roles. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas, following a daily cleaning plan and utilizing various cleaning supplies and equipment.

Valid Real ID.
Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Nice To Haves

Ability to work the shift from 8:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

Responsibilities

Check in with supervisor and teammates to review the cleaning plan and daily tasks.
Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Take out the trash and replace bags.
Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Conduct a final walk-through to ensure areas are clean and neat.
Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
