About The Position

GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services throughout the United States and Canada. The Janitor & Custodian performs general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, following established safety procedures and guidelines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Requirements

• Must be able to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
