About The Position

GDI is hiring a Janitor & Custodian to perform general cleaning duties and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a facility. The role follows established safety procedures and guidelines and requires working with crew members, responding to customer requests, and following supervisor instructions.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be able to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
