About The Position
CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, as full training will be provided. The role is part of the AbilityOne Program, a federal initiative offering employment opportunities to adults with disabilities. Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan for the day.
- Gather cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Take out the trash and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms and refill supplies.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and other surfaces.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Perform a final walk-through to ensure cleanliness and neatness.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
