Requirements
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Floor Stripping & Refinishing: Execute complete VCT stripping procedures by applying chemical strippers, removing old wax build-up, neutralizing the floor, and preparing surfaces for refinishing.
- Waxing & Sealing: Apply multiple, even coats of floor finish/wax and sealers according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
