About The Position

GDI is hiring a Janitor & Custodian to perform general cleaning and upkeep of a facility. The role involves maintaining the facility’s cleanliness and appearance, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and following established safety procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Commercial cleaning experience is a plus but is not required. Requirements

• Must be able to work effectively with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
