About The Position
CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This role is open to applicants eligible for the AbilityOne Program, a federal initiative offering employment opportunities and services to adults with disabilities. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure confidence and competence in the role. The position is located at Wright Patterson AFB and operates on a Day Shift.
Requirements

- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan for the day.
- Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Conduct a final walk-through to ensure areas are clean and neat.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
