About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly at NGA West in Saint Louis, MO. This role is ideal for individuals seeking full-time or part-time positions, with no prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided. Applicants eligible for the AbilityOne Program are especially encouraged to apply. A key requirement for this position is the ability to obtain and maintain the necessary Security Clearance for access to the primary worksite, a process that will be discussed during the interview and for which CW staff will provide assistance.

Responsibilities

Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan and daily tasks.
Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
Clean restrooms and refill supplies.
Wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and other surfaces.
Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Conduct a final walk-through to ensure cleanliness and neatness.
Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
