About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, as full training will be provided. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies weighing up to 25-30 pounds regularly.
Must be able to navigate stairs, ramps, or uneven flooring safely while carrying tools or supplies.
Training is provided for safe handling of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and solvents.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is always required.
Hearing protection provided when necessary.

Responsibilities

Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan for the day.
Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Conduct a final walk-through to ensure areas are clean and neat.
Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
