About The Position

Start your career with a trusted name in commercial cleaning! ServiceMaster is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Cleaners to start ASAP!!!! We’ll provide all the necessary training, cleaning supplies, and equipment – you bring a strong work ethic and reliability! YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION IN HAND AND READY TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST!

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Must have OSHA 10 Certification
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Must wear ServiceMaster-provided uniform
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Floor & carpet care experience (not required — we train the right candidates!)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and demo/trash removal
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Washing walls, windows, ceilings
• Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
• Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)
