About The Position
Environment Control is seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitor / Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role is ideal for students, those seeking a second income, or individuals looking for a stable part-time evening job. You will be responsible for ensuring clients walk into a spotless and fresh environment each morning. We offer competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and strive to match you with work sites close to your home in the East Valley or West Valley of Arizona.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years.
- Must have own dependable transportation to get to assigned work sites in Glendale or Gilbert.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- If driving a company vehicle, must have a clean, valid AZ driver’s license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train!
Responsibilities
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standards.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Occasionally assisting with deeper floor care, like carpet scrubbing.
