About The Position

Environment Control is seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitor / Commercial Cleaner to join our team in the East Valley or West Valley of Arizona. This role is ideal for students, those seeking a second income, or individuals looking for a stable part-time evening job. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' facilities are spotless and fresh each morning, contributing to our company's reputation for quality service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years.
• Must have own dependable transportation to get to assigned work sites in Glendale or Gilbert.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• If driving a company vehicle, must have a clean, valid AZ driver’s license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train!

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standards.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Occasionally assisting with deeper floor care, like carpet scrubbing.
