About The Position
HallKeen Management is seeking a qualified, responsible, motivated, and reliable full-time Janitor/Cleaner. We are offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for the right candidate. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic building maintenance and cleaning, and must be able to work independently.
Requirements
- Experience in basic building maintenance and cleaning.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Daily upkeep and cleaning of building common areas and grounds.
- Trash removal preparation including twice-weekly dumpster and recycle bin transfer for early morning city pick-up.
- General maintenance repairs.
- Snow removal.
- On-call responsibilities for snow removal.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
