About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is seeking a Janitor/Building Maintenance employee for their Easton Truck Center. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, floors, and common areas. The position also involves performing basic building repairs and ensuring the dealership lot and common areas are clean and hazard-free.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and excellent attendance history
Reliable employee who can take ownership of responsibilities
Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Maintain dealership cleanliness
Cleanup and maintain organized break room
Check restrooms for supplies and cleanliness
Ensure floors and equipment are free of dirt, grease, and fluid
Keep aisles, doorways, electrical panels, and fire extinguishers free from blockages
Ensure emergency exits are unlocked and free of blockages each day
Maintain a clean and hazard-free dealership lot and common area
Perform basic building repairs
