About The Position
The Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Jail Coordinator is responsible for delivering treatment, and discharge planning services to identify County Jail Program Patients. The Jail Coordinator is responsible for assisting inmates with jail release planning and coordinating into behavioral health services. The Jail Coordinator will participate in a weekly staffing with probation and jail staff to provide updates on each patient and coordinate care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a criminal justice setting, behavioral health, physical health or substance abuse setting required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and receive clearance to go into the County Jail.
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
