About The Position
Riley Power Group is seeking a skilled and motivated IW/OE Supervisor for our fall nuclear outage in Stevensville, MI. This is a temporary position that will be paid hourly and offer per diem and travel, if eligible. This position will provide oversight of personnel and work activities to ensure safe, compliant, and effective execution.
Requirements

- Experience in nuclear IW/OE supervisory required

Responsibilities
- Plan and assign daily work activities for Ironworkers and Operating Engineers
- Enforce safety, quality, and procedural compliance
- Conduct pre-job briefs and field oversight
- Coach and address employee performance
- Document work progress and issues
