About The Position
Seeking an experienced Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Developer / Configuration Specialist to configure, customize, and support enterprise ITSM solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on enterprise ITSM platform configuration/development.
- Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / Ivanti Service Manager strongly preferred.
- Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge.
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, workflows, and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine, SSRS, CI/CD/DevOps, or ITIL certification.
Responsibilities
- Configure workflows, business rules, forms, business objects, Service Catalog, dashboards, reports, and automation.
- Support Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management processes.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs/JSON.
- Use SQL for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Support testing, UAT, deployments, releases, and production issues.
- Gather requirements, create technical documentation, and work with business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
