About The Position

We believe that wellness is much more than symptom management and reactive care, we want to be proactive in our client's health. We are hiring a IV Therapy Wellness Partner to provide exceptional clinical care while building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them understand and stay engaged in their personalized wellness journey.

Requirements

• Strong IV and injection skills.
• Excellent bedside manner and client-care approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Natural ability to build relationships and establish trust.
• Comfortable educating and engaging clients.
• Curious and motivated to continually learn about wellness and the human body.
• Passionate about helping people work toward their health and wellness goals.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability.
• Interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Active RN or Paramedic license as required for the position and jurisdiction. Must practice within applicable licensure, certification, training, and scope-of-practice requirements.
• RN or Paramedic Certification
• CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred.
• Experience in wellness, functional medicine, client education, hospitality, coaching, or relationship-based healthcare is a plus.
